1. Shipping & Logistics Policy
We offer free shipping within the 48 mainland states of the U.S. If you would like your machine shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, we can arrange delivery to a forwarder of your choice, and you can coordinate the shipping from there.
2. Delivery Issues & Transit Damages
If you notice any transit damage, simply note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves and take a few photos to support your claim.
3. Return & Refund Window
Our return policy window is 30 days after delivery. Return items must be in original condition, and return shipping logistics are managed in compliance with safety standards.
4. Warranty & Online Support

Until the invoice price of the machinery or attachment is paid in full, CONSTRUCZ retains a purchase money security interest in the equipment. Ownership title transfers to the purchaser only after final banking clearance of funds.
